Question or Problem Statement:
I canceled my contract with Zuora. I no longer use Zuora actually. I wanted to know when the data in my tenant could be all deleted.

Solution:
Actually, we have a back end automatic maintenance job for deleting the data. Once you cancel your contract with Zuora, your tenant will be set as "Locked" status, then nobody is able to access your tenant. Your tenant will be set as "Expired" on someday(Support team can help do a DB query and then let you know). The data in that expired tenant will be started to delete after day the tenant is set as "Expired".
