Answer: You will need to do a SAML trace.   Below is one process you can accomplish this process.

1. Please open up Firefox and go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-Us/firefox/addon/saml-tracer/
2. Click "Add to Firefox"
3. Click "Install"
4. Close and open Firefox
5. On the upper right hand corner, click the menu button. It's the one with the 3 horizonal bar.
6. Click on "Saml Tracer" icon
7. It should pop up. If u don't see it after you click it, it's probably behind the browser. They will need to minimize their browser.
8. Go through the process of logging into the account and getting the error.
9. SAML tracer should start autopopulating information
10. Go to the field that has the endpoint "https://www.zuora.com/apps/saml/SSO/alias/defaultAlias" or "https://apisandbox.zuora.com/apps/saml/SSO/alias/defaultAlias" in your SAML trace and click on it.

11. Click on the "SAML" tab.

12. The information you are seeing is what your IDP sends over to Zuora.
