Question: How can I generate a list of all users and their security roles in Zuora?

Answer:

 

You can export a list of all users and their respective security roles. Please see the below steps.

  1. Log into your Zuora Account.
  2. Click on your login id on the upper right hand corner.
  3. Click on "Administration".
  4. Click on "Manage Users".
  5. Click on "Export User List".

You can find what the Roles mean by following the below steps.

  1. Log into your Zuora Account.
  2. Click on your login id on the upper right hand corner.
  3. Click on "Administration".
  4. Click on "Manage User Roles".
  5. Click "View" link to get more detail of the role.
