Notification callouts for significant account-level events

It would be helpful for key individuals in our company to be notified when significant account events occur: Account cancelled, account deleted (this is a really big one for us) and autopay disabled with default payment method being a credit card (as opposed to "Credit Card"). Is this something that is practical and/or possible?

Hi @lcacioppo, great idea, and one that we've actually been working on already. Stay tuned for updates in the next 3-4 months on this front, as we'll be releasing a feature in Limited Availability that should address your use cases.


Is there any news regarding this @lukasz? A callout when a new account is created would be extremely useful for us, so we're eager to get our hands on this.

 Hi @leestone, the latest update is that we're targeting the Limited Availability of this feature for the February release, which I should be able to confirm in mid-January.
