We have a process where is a cheque is posted as a payment, but then subsequentially bounces that we would cancel the payment via the Zuora UI (or we have a chargeback on a credit card payment). Because Zuora is integrated with many systems, we want to be able to send a callout notification to our integration layer to ensure all the other systems are kept up-to-date with the event. This is seems to me like an obviously event for a notification however is currently not an availble event option (as confirmed by Zuoras support). Please consider this as an addirtional event type.
