Ability to remove/delete Pending Active and Inactive users

Feature Request: Ability to remove/delete Pending Active  and Inative users

Business Need: Some customers are looking for the ability to remove/delete users in "Pending Status" and "Inactive", because some people have not responded to their activation email or were setup with the wrong information. Those accounts that are in "Pending Status" / "Inactive" are causing some confusion.

I miskeyed an email address and now I have an account pending for eternity. Smiley Sad

I realize that once activated its important to keep users around for audit / referential integrity, but if it was a typo and never got activated, I see no reason why they should not be allowed to be removed.

Aside from typos, there is a need to remove accounts which have never been signed into rather than have them permanently Pending Active.  Therefore, it should be possible to Retire the account in some auditable fashion.

At least make it so we can deactivate "pending activation" accounts.

Yes would love to be able to permanently delete a user.  Our user list is getting messy.
