Question or Problem Statement:
We are attempting to migrate subscriptions using the Developer Tools Connect App, however when we attempt to migrate customers who have had paid subscriptions for over 10 years, we are receiving errors from

Developer Tools and from the API. We are receiving the following error:

Solution:
We do have a limitation of 10 years , please review the docs below:
https://www.zuora.com/developer/api-reference/#operation/POST_Order

 

Please verify if your period is greater than 10 years.

 

Also, you can set it to 10. The period will renew after the first ten to whatever the renewal period is set to. E.g. the first term is 10 years beginning in 2008. The second term is N years/month beginning in 2018. The total life of the customer is 10 + N.
