Update Multiple Accounts Without .CSV File Using REST API

Question:

I am implementing sync between Salesforce and Zuora using REST API. I was able to set up the connection and sync between Salesforce and Zuora using which I was able to update, create a single account. What I am now looking for is to update multiple accounts using the REST API. I don't want to do using a .csv file which can be used with Mass updater.

Is it possible to use JSON for bulk zuora account update using REST API?

Re: Update Multiple Accounts Without .CSV File Using REST API

Answer:

Yes, it’s possible to update multiple customer accounts in a single call using the REST API.

I've used the following PUT Update call on my own tenant and it worked, you just need to replace the IDs and run the same:

You can pass in a maximum of 50 zObjects at a time.

Request:

Sandbox: _PUT_ https://rest.apisandbox.zuora.com/v1/action/update

Production: _PUT_ https://rest.zuora.com/v1/action/update

Body of the content:

{
"objects": [
{
"AccountNumber": "A00000006",
"AutoPay": true,
"Name": "Zuora",
"Id": "2c92c0f967f4b4b601680e1ef2647909"
},
{
"AccountNumber": "A00000004",
"AutoPay": true,
"Name": "Goutham1",
"Id": "2c92c0f96736880a016754761eaf4b1b"
}
],
"type": "Account"
}

Response:
