I'm asking about retrieving the image product.

If you are referring to the image displayed on the product catalog page in Zuora then there is no way to retrieve that image back out of Zuora using the APIs.

You may wish to file a product idea for this, just click on 'Ideas' at the top of this page, then select 'Billing and Payment Ideas' and add this there.
