    Maintenance is an essential and necessary part of keeping Zuora systems and infrastructure updated, highly available, and responsive. Our maintenance services are designed to protect your Zuora software environment(s) and ensure high availability and systems resiliency.


    We will be conducting system maintenance on Saturday September 24, 2022 on the following services/centers:


    Service, Datacenter(s) impacted and Timelines:

    Service:  Zuora EU Workflow, Production
    Timeline: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM PT (UTC: 2300 September 24, 2022 to 0100 September 25, 2022)

    Impact:

    During the maintenance window, we anticipate Zuora EU Workflow production functions will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes for a necessary infrastructure update.
