    Maintenance is an essential and necessary part of keeping Zuora systems and infrastructure updated, highly available, and responsive. Our maintenance services are designed to protect your Zuora software environment(s) and ensure high availability and systems resiliency.

    We will be conducting maintenance against Zuora Data Query in ALL Production environments

    Service, Datacenter(s) impacted and Timelines:

    Service:  Zuora Data Query
    Datacenters: All (EU, NA1 and NA2)

    Timeline:  3:00 PM PT to 4:00 PM PT Tuesday August 22, 2023
    Impact: During the maintenance window, there will be no impact to Data Query or other services
