    Maintenance is an essential and necessary part of keeping Zuora systems and infrastructure updated, highly available, and responsive. Our maintenance services are designed to protect your Zuora software environment(s) and ensure high availability and systems resiliency.


    We will be conducting system maintenance on Saturday August 13, 2022 on the following services/centers:

    Service, Datacenter(s) impacted and Timelines:

    Service:  Zuora EU Workflow CANCELLED
    Timeline: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM PT (UTC: 2300 August 13, 2022 to 0100 August 14, 2022)

    Impact:

    During the maintenance window, Zuora EU Workflow functions will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes for a necessary infrastructure update.

    Service:  Zuora Revenue
    Timeline: 7:00 PM August 13, 2022 to 1:00 AM PT August 14, 2022

    Impact:

    During the maintenance window, Zuora Revenue will be unavailable while we conduct necessary maintenance activities

    The Zuora EU workflow maintenance outlined above has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date which we will announce next week.  The Zuora Revenue maintenance will remain as scheduled.
