    Maintenance is an essential and necessary part of keeping Zuora systems and infrastructure updated, highly available, and responsive. Our maintenance services are designed to protect your Zuora software environment(s) and ensure high availability and systems resiliency.


    We will be conducting maintenance against Zuora Billing API Sandbox environments as follows:


    Datacenter(s) impacted and Timelines:


    API Sandbox Environments (EU, NA1, NA2)
    Central Sandbox Environments (US, EU)

    8:00 PM PT to 10:00 PM PT Saturday October 21, 2023


    Impact:

    We will be rolling out our cipher changes outlined in "Zuora Billing Cipher changes (2023-2024)" community post.  We do not anticipate any impact resulting from this update assuming customers are using accepted
