    Maintenance is an essential and necessary part of keeping Zuora systems and infrastructure updated, highly available, and responsive. Our maintenance services are designed to protect your Zuora software environment(s) and ensure high availability and systems resiliency.

    We will be conducting maintenance against Zuora Billing Production environments as follows:

    Datacenter(s) impacted and Timelines:

    All API Sandbox Environments (EU, NA1, NA2) and All Central SBX (CSBX US, EU)
    4:00 PM PT to 5:00 PM PT Saturday August 5, 2023

    Services impacted:
    Zuora notifications (Custom notifications / Notification of Any Event & Legacy Notifications)

    Impact:
    Notifications will experience processing delays of up 30 minutes during the maintenance window. Notifications will resume following maintenance closure with no transactional loss, only delays.
