#1 During the maintenance window, we anticipate two (2) brief service interruptions to Zuora Billing APIs lasting 1-2 minutes each to Zuora Billing API and UI access while we perform necessary updates required by our Cloud Service Provider. We anticipate the first service interruption to be within the first 5 minutes of the window start, with the second 1-2 hours after.
#2 During this update, outbound callouts in EU1 Production environments may experience temporary failure for up to 1 minute. Any retries configured within notifications would lessen or eliminate any impact.
