Correction to 2023.10.R1 - The following product changes were listed in the finalized release notes but are not available in 2023.10.R1. These features will be available in future releases; we're sorry for the confusion.

- Merge discount and regular charge to limit transactions sent to external tax vendors
- UI enhancements for external tax engines in Zuora platform (these UI enhancements are available to early adopters in Sandbox environments only)
