Sandbox deployment for 2023.04.R2 is complete.

We have updated the release notes (here) with the following change:

Within Zuora Billing > Orders and Subscriptions, added an item called "API enhancements to automatic refunding after subscription cancellations".

Within Zuora Billing > Orders and Subscriptions, added an item called "Resolved: wrongly triggered email notifications when saving draft orders".

Within Zuora Billing > Usage and Rating, added an item called "Enhancement to bill credit for recurring charges calculation."

Production deployment for 2023.04.R2 is complete.
