As your Zuora Community Manager, I'm constantly working on improving your Community experience to make your visit worthwhile.  This thread includes our quarterly projects - along with updates - for 2024 so you have an idea of what we're working on and, as always, I welcome your input and feedback because I genuinely want to know if our deliverables fall in line with what you, the members, need.

February - April 2024 Projects

Update Community UI/UX

• Improved navigation and landing page layout to make it easier to go to groups with fewer actions. Emphasize product-based and role-based groups.  Completed
• Update Quick Links widget to include more meaningful/helpful content Completed
• Sunset finance, workflow, and revenue work groups and move workshop content to the Community Resource Library Completed
  • Some videos will be linked in existing session recaps
  • Apply chapters to videos to make it easier for viewers to watch specific content

Role-based groups

• Launch 3 new role-based groups Launched 1 group (Partners) - Others on hold

Product feedback via Community

• Ideas Postponed to Q2

Learners' Lounge programs

• Identify which sessions are for Billing and Revenue Completed
• Streamline formats: product session and office hours (clear distinction) Completed
• Identify more topics for best practice checklists in the Community Resource Library Completed
• Add related links (KC, Community, etc.) to Community Resource Library entries so visitors have additional resources to review Postponed to Q2

• Complete (KC, Community, etc.) to Community Resource Library entries 
• Add 1 Checklist to resource library

Table Talks

• Establish a monthly cadence for global support workshops in Revenue, Billing/Payments, and Platform

General Community

• Review ideas portal and streamline process to ensure that no idea goes unreviewed - we want to hear your product feedback!
• Reduce community post response time to ensure that every question has an answer
• Establish a process for content review to ensure that the community has fresh and relevant content.
