Release Notifications

The ZUI team is very excited to be enabling the new UI as the default experience for our users on All tenants including Production in Mid-May. After several quarters of fine tuning these pages based on customer feedback, we've made them more performance and more feature-rich than ever before. We're sure customers will find lots of value from making the switch. 

With the default setting, the following UI enhancements are generally available:

• All reinvented list views

The reinvented list views as shown in the following graphic provide a comprehensive filter functionality to facilitate browsing data, Global search to find whatever you need at one location, Table & individual row action.

• Reinvented invoice details page

• Reinvented payment details page (with Invoice Settlement supported)

The Reinvented detail/record pages as shown in the graphic provide more organized, remove extra whitespace to avoid more scrolling.

If you are an existing customer and have previously disabled the new UI experience, we will also enable the new UI experience for you. However, you can switch back to the old UI using the Disable New Zuora Experience user profile setting as necessary.

Please find the detailed steps on how to turn back to the old UI if needed.

Navigate to Avatar Menu in Billing App > Profile > Manage Your Profile > Uncheck Enable New Zuora Experience.
