    This month, we are updating the community ideas forum where we are respectfully marking ideas older than 2 calendar years as "Legacy" so that the latest ideas reflect how Zuora is today and for ideas to have more engagement from our product team.

    We made sure to check and test the back-end settings to make sure that no email notifications get sent out, but it seems like several did and we immediately halted the bulk update.  We're currently working with the community platform to identify the problem. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me directly at lana.lee@zuora.com.

    Please accept my sincerest apologies and I will share an update as soon as I receive more information.

    This issue is now resolved and ideas > 2 years old now have the "Legacy" status. If you received any emails today (October 17th) about an idea status update, please let me know.
