* [7/21/22] Please note updates in red. The date has changed from July 12, 2022 to July 31, 2022.
What is this change?
The Workflow endpoint (https://workflow.apps.zuora.com) will be deprecated in Sandbox, Central Sandbox, and Production on July 31, 2022.

Please switch to the following endpoints before the deprecation date.
If you want to change hostname ONLY, replace the hostname in the outdated endpoint, for example, "workflow.apps.zuora.com" in "https://workflow.apps.zuora.com/api/vi/*", with the following ones:

What will this change affect?
This change will affect ALL Zuora Billing customers currently using the "https://workflow.apps.zuora.com" endpoint.
When will this change take place?
Please complete the endpoint switch before July 31st. The old Workflow endpoint 'https://workflow.apps.zuora.com' will no longer be available thereafter.
IPs to Whitelist
If you want to receive emails, SFTP connection requests, or API calls from Zuora Workflow, you need to add the following IP addresses to your whitelist:
- 18.194.185.125
- 3.66.181.151
- 3.72.209.33
- 3.72.120.178
- 18.197.110.107
- 35.156.120.222
Note:
- The above endpoints are already available.
- Failing to complete the switch by the deprecation date would cause your Workflow integration to be broken.
- You only need to update the endpoint URLs for integration outside Zuora. All the URLs used within Zuora's services, such as Notification or Workflow tasks, will be updated automatically before the deprecation date.
- New IP addresses will come online at a later date. This means that, if you are currently whitelisting any IP addresses from Zuora, you should additionally whitelist the new ones at this time. Leave the current IP addresses whitelisted for now, and you will be notified when to remove them once the new ones come online. Failing to whitelist the new IPs will eventually result in your Workflow integrations breaking for any outbound requests from Workflow to your systems.
