The Zuora Community will officially transition to OneID on December 15, 2025, as part of our ongoing efforts to simplify and secure your Zuora experience. This action is essential to ensure that you continue receiving Community notifications, including updates about product releases, maintenance, Table Talks, and feature enhancements.
Why This Is Important
After the cutover, all Community accounts must be associated with a OneID login to remain active. This includes both individual users and group aliases (such as team or department email addresses).
Any Community account not tied to a OneID login will be soft deleted after December 15, 2025. Once an account is deleted, it will no longer receive Community notifications or updates, including critical release announcements and maintenance alerts.
What You Need to Do
To avoid losing access or missing important updates:
- Log in to the Zuora Community.
- Go to your profile settings and verify that your account email matches your corporate email (the same one used for your OneID login).
- If your account is still tied to a personal email address (like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail), update it immediately to your corporate email.
- Confirm that any group aliases used for notifications are also linked to a OneID account.
What Happens Next
- The cutover to OneID will occur on December 15, 2025.
- After that date, only Community accounts associated with OneID will continue to receive notifications and have access to the Community.
- Accounts not tied to OneID will be soft deleted and removed from mailing lists.
If you have any questions about updating your account or connecting your OneID login, please contact support for assistance.
We appreciate your attention to this important update. Ensuring your Community account is tied to your OneID login will help you stay connected to critical Zuora news, updates, and events.
