Zuora will make reasonable efforts to consolidate our quarterly maintenance to limit customer impact as much as possible. For Zuora Billing, Zuora Payments and Zuora Platform, our standard maintenance target is either NO IMPACT, or less than 15 minutes within the announced window to be confirmed prior to each scheduled maintenance. Please be advised that we may elect to conduct separately announced maintenance windows as necessary with similar advance notice depending on need and urgency.
