    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    1. I'm already subscribed to the Release Notifications. Do I need to resubscribe to the new areas to get email notifications?
      Yes. These are completely independent areas and you will need to resubscribe to receive email notifications of anything that is posted there.

    2. How do I subscribe to the new areas?
      Simply go to the respective area(s) and click on the "Subscribe" button. If the button is greyed out, you will need to verify your email address by sending yourself a new email verification code.

    3. Is there any other way to get the Maintenance Notifications?
      No. All of our Zuora maintenance announcements and updates are posted here in the Community.
