    We have an emergency maintenance scheduled for Tuesday October 23, 2018 FROM 7:00PM UNTIL 11:00PM PDT, when we will be performing a critical preventative maintenance on our Storage system. We are reserving a 4-hour window during which most time is in validation, with the actual work time estimated to take approximately 30 minutes, anticipating a considerably shorter downtime.

    US API SANDBOX ENVIRONMENT

    Impacted services:
    Salesforce PDF/Word Quote Generation
    PDF/Word Invoice Billing
    AQuA files and processing
    Export API files and processing
    queryMore
    All other batch processing will be queued (delayed) for the duration of the maintenance and will resume processing once completed.

    Update - maintenance was started as planned.  We are now at validation stage and will keep this post updated.

    Update - all functionalities have been fully validated and tested. Will continue proactive monitoring for the next 2 hours.
