Since 2015 weve released newer cloud-based versions of RevPro, designed to support our customers with ASC 606 compliance, deliver more powerful capabilities and offer the greatest benefits of a cloud-based solution including scalability, automated product updates, lower IT costs, greater mobility and more security.
EOL for RevPro Customers on Version 2.3 to 3.6
Zuora has never retired previous versions of RevPro. We will now end of life RevPro versions 2.3 to 3.6 effective February 1, 2020. Customers will continue to receive support and software bug fixes for the next 18 months, until July 31, 2021. No enhancements will be delivered during this period. Please see below for upgrade options to the latest RevPro cloud version.
If RevPro 3.6 customers only (no prior versions) need an additional 1 year Extended Support period until July 31, 2022, to continue to stay on their 3.6 version, there will be an additional fee to receive this Extended Support during this grace period.
