    To help you quickly identify whether your Zuora tenant is affected by Zuora System Status Page (aka. Zuora Trust) incidents, a new field named Zuora ID has been introduced to the Zuora UI for all users. This enhancement is also included in the Release Notes for Zuora Billing Release 303.

     

    You can view your Zuora ID by clicking your username at the top right and navigating to Profile > Manage Your Profile in the Zuora UI. Once you've got your Zuora ID, you can visit the Zuora System Status Page and check if an incident post impacts your Zuora tenant.

     

    Note:

    • If Zuora IDs are not present in an incident post, this means we have not yet identified the affected customers.
    • If all customers are affected, the post will state "affecting all customers" and Zuora IDs will not be posted.
