We are pleased to announce the Zuora September 2016 Release!

The planned deployment schedule is as follows:

• APISandbox Release: 10 pm, 09/07 (Wednesday), PT
• Production Release: 10 pm, 09/13 (Tuesday), PT

No service disruption is expected for this release.

With this release will we be able to move to WSDL 79? Due to bugs many of us are still using 72 and would like to update to latest when possible.

@MaggieL Would you be specific on the issues you met with WSDL version 72?

Generally, I would recommend you move to the latest version (in R204, it's version 80). Please take a look at here for API version history.

@MaggieL are you referring to WSDL 72 vs higher in the context of some custom application or in the context of Zuora Quotes (which is designed to run against a specific WSDL version)

R204 has been deployed to APISandbox successfully.

I refer to the fields CurrentTerm and CurrentTermType introduced in 73 and the removal of InitialTerm that had bugs associated when used with API,

@MaggieL The issue with the changing of InitialTerm to CurrentTerm and using the new TermType field is currently scheduled to be addressed in Z-Quote 7.4. You may subscribe to our Release Notification section so that you will be udpated once the release schedule for Z-Quotes 7.4 is published. 

R204 has been deployed to Production successfully.
