    We're ready to update Zuora's mail outbound servers to expand and improve our email notification experience.

    Americas Cloud (NA1) - Production and Sandbox Environment
    Americas Cloud (NA2) - Production and Sandbox Environment - formerly known as "Americas Hosted"

    Description:
    We are going to conduct necessary maintenance on Zuora mail notification service to keep Zuora systems and infrastructure updated, highly available and responsive. Mail notification service should not be impacted, however if your organization requires IP Allowlist for SMTP, please make sure to update your Allowlist with the following new IP addresses.

    EU Cloud:

    18.156.89.250
    3.70.123.177

    Americas Cloud (NA1)
    54.213.20.246
    44.236.56.93
    18.236.40.242
    34.215.104.144

    Americas Cloud 2 (NA2) :
    34.215.104.144

    Potentially Impacted service(s):
    Customers who have implemented their own customized Email/SMTP service for Zuora notifications, and also require AllowList against Zuora email IPs.  See Zuora KC Configure an SMTP Server for Email Notifications for additional details.

    Customers using standard Zuora email notifications and other Zuora Billing services will not be impacted by this change.

    See Zuora KC Inbound and Outbound IP Addresses for more information.  Note.  All above IPs are already part of our documentation
