What is this change?
Zuora will migrate the Workflow service for all EU tenants to EU Cloud Data Center.
Prior to the completion of the migration, customers on the EU tenants need to point their Workflow integrations to an EU-specific endpoint if they haven't done so yet. This means any API URLs used to trigger workflows may require changes in the base domain.
What action do I need to take?
If you are on an EU tenant, please make sure to complete switching the Workflow endpoint before the final cutover date: May 13th, 2022
Additionally, as you make changes to your Workflow integrations, Zuora recommends that you change the authentication to use Zuora's OAuth mechanism. This functionality will provide a full Audit Trail and Permissions enforcement during any workflow trigger.

Note:
- The new endpoints are already available.
- Failing to complete the switch by the cutover date would cause your Workflow integration to be broken when the migration is complete.
- You only need to update the endpoint URLs for integration outside Zuora. All the URLs used within Zuora’s services, such as Notification or Workflow tasks, will be updated automatically before the cutover date.
- Zuora provides the following new EU-specific Workflow IPs for whitelisting:
18.194.185.125
3.66.181.151
3.72.209.33
3.72.120.178
18.197.110.107
35.156.120.222
What will this change affect?
This change will affect ALL EU tenants.
When will this change take place?
The new endpoints are already available now. The cutover date is May 13th, 2022. Please complete the endpoint switch before May 12th, 2022. We will conduct system maintenance for the Workflow service on May 20th to complete the cutover. The workflow will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
FAQ
Q: When will the automatic update of the endpoint URLs in Notifications and Workflow tasks be applied?
A: In the UI you will continue seeing old endpoints for the internal systems (Notifications + Workflow), but we handle the routing with our internal load-balancer since the internal executions are within our own network.
