    Is there an ETA as to when these instances will be available again?  Can we expect a refund for the time this environment is down?

    The services had been restroed during the above cited window.  We don't have SLA on Product Copy Environments.

    Thanks for the update.  I'm still getting a 503 when I try to access https://services41.zuora.com.  Did the URL change?
