What is this change?
At Zuora, we strive for high level of performance on our technical systems, and in order to achieve this goal, we are required to perform periodic infrastructure changes to our systems. The scope of R196.T2 involves performing a maintenance on Zuora's APISandbox environment.
When will this change take place?
The planned maintenance will take place on Thursday, January 14, 2016 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST.
What will this change affect?
During the one hour maintenance window, a subset of tenants in the APISandbox environment will experience a complete downtime for up to 60 minutes, while the remaining tenants will experience a delay in some batch operations for the same duration of time.
In addition, all tenants using Real Time Sync may experience a delay in their sync functionality as it reverts to manual, batch sync for up to 180 minutes after the maintenance window.
