We will be performing an urgent preventative maintenance of our Storage system. We are reserving the 4 hour window where most time is in validation, actual work time is approximately 30 minutes so we expect the downtime to be considerably less than our window.
All other batch processing will be queued (delayed) for the duration of the maintenance and will resume processing once complete.
When the maintenance is complete, we will update our trust site (http://trust.zuora.com).
Just to confirm, real-time processing of invoice posting and payment processing won't be impacted, correct?
Thanks. If a PDF is generated by default on "immediate" collect/invoice call, does that meant he invoice won't post successfully during this maintenance.
Batch payment processing may be delayed until the maintenance is complete, any "immediate" collect/invoice call (as long as it doesn't involve PDF generation) should be ok. Other connected batch processing such as Callouts or Email will also be delayed.
Everything else should be fine.
What are all the batch processing?. Is bill run is batch processing and if we schedule Bill run at 4:00 PM PDT is it Delayed?.
Yes @ppraveenreddy04 I'm afraid so - if you schedule a Bill Run at 4pm PST, it will get delayed.
