In an ongoing effort to improve Real Time Sync availability, we have planned a few maintenance activities on Real Time Sync Sandbox environment between 18th and 27th May. Maintenance activities will be performed between 5-6pm and 7-8pm PST. During these maintenance windows a subset of tenants may experience degraded real time sync performance.
In the event that a tenant's real time sync is impacted they will be reverted to turbo sync until the maintenance is complete. To confirm if you may be impacted by this change, please contact Zuora customer support team.
