Zuora Workflow App Maintenance for US and EU Production, August 8, 2018 at 12:30 AM - 1:00 AM PT / (7:30AM - 8:00AM GMT)
This is a required infrastructure maintenance for the Workflow App to guarantee resiliency, speed and efficiency.
During this time period, 12:30 AM PT to 1:00 AM PT, the Workflow database serving both EU and US, will be moved to a dedicated node. All scheduled workflows will resume after this scheduled downtime. All Workflow driven via web API callouts will fail if triggered during this window. All workflow driven via Zuora API callouts will automatically retry if retry is enabled in your tenant callout setup.
